I graduated from the University of Sonora in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I then worked for 9 years at Behavioral Health in Arizona, specializing in providing care to families with children experiencing developmental and learning disorders. In 2012, I returned to Mexico to work as a psychologist in charge of the men’s ward at Cruz del Norte psychiatric hospital. Through my experience as a family psychotherapist, I’ve learned various evidence-based therapies to empower the expression of each individual at different ages and with their unique challenges, as well as to prevent and correct the development of severe mental illnesses and addictions in every family member.
